Customer Data Register
The purpose of the register is to maintain customer data register and archiving and handling CaddieON Inc.’s customer orders. Customer data is gathered to CaddieON Inc.’s customer register. Register can be used for tracking lost deliveries. The data collected can be used for improving operations and for statistical purposes. All customers’ personal data will be handled confidentially according to the Personal Data Act (523/1999).
The customer data register can be used for targeting the advertising of CaddieON Inc.
CaddieON Inc. reserves the rights to publish the information in the customer data register in electric or written form lists unless the customer explicitly forbids it. Electrical or written form list means e.g. address labels for direct advertisements.
Customer has the right to refuse having their personal information used and handled for marketing purposes, and has the right to access to the data collected on him/her. CaddieON Inc. will not submit any information supplied by the customers to third parties. Registered customers’ personal data will be deleted from the CaddieON’s Customer Data register upon request.
The common source of data of the customer data register is the person’s order registration form in the store.caddieon.com. Customer can change or complete information with CaddieON webstore’s managing tool anytime.
CaddieOn Inc will not submit any information supplied by the customers to third parties without justifiable reason. Access rights to register requires rights to use CaddieON Inc’s inner network. Data will be collected in databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means.
